Re: On UK TV Tonight (don't miss it!!!)

So what did you think Graham?
A bit of fun :)
Standard of flying seemed quite low from what I could see, but I wasn't there, so don't want to criticise too much :D
A lot of broken planes.

Hi Graham
It’s not nylon, it’s delrin.
Tolerance was tight as a ducks arse :)
It’s the bottom part of a rudder system. The rudder shaft fits into the cup.

Any one need servo arms

If you have broken a servo arm, I can make you a new one.
Just made this one today.
The aluminium plate is 40mm think.
Don’t think it will break lol.

Re: My first flight in years and years

I purchased a DJI Spark for client.
He wants it to survey his surroundings from his boat when anchored up.
He doesn't have a clue, so i'm getting to fly it.
When his boat is finished, sometime this summer, I'll be getting aerial footage of the launch with the Spark :D

Bang!!! full neg and into the dirt she went :( Both blades done, feather shaft, and canopy. Cant say it was before or after the crash, but one servo had a sheared main g...

Re: Whats the story with my Goblin 420.

The story gets worse. My friend spotted a crack in the boom. On closer inspection, there are four hairline cracks along the boom, and one has had superglue put in it!!! As it was in the black painted area, it was hard to see, until in the sunlight. I have sent pictures to the shop owner, and he acc...

Re: It's a sad day, and yet very exciting, too!

I felt the same Derek. I was always scared to fly my helis hard, incase I crashed and had to fork out the bill for new parts. It has held back my improvement quite a bit. So that why I made the decision to cull the fleet down to one affordable durable heli. So the Goblin 420 fit the bill. Hoping onc...
