Here's one of the many outings of my M5 Stuart Tank and its cute commander traveling about on the grounds where I used to work. Rolling hills and relatively short grass. I was the cameraman while my wife was doing the driving. God bless her.

Dads tank is much bigger than yours, Tony. No it doesn't fire any bullets.
As for the female figures, its just a taste of something different.

Yes, this tank is huge...compared to most on the market. Measuring in at about 33 inches long...and it weighs a ton (not literally but it IS heavy. As for firing...yes, it fires what is more like a missile. I'd say the "safety people" had a voice in that. You load one, like a dart gun, drive about and fire it...then hand load another. The range of the missile is not all that much either. Probably the least realistic feature but I am not complaining. As for the Commander...she is an "ACTION FIGURE", not a doll. For articulation, body proportion and realism, she'd kick Barbie’s you know what. If there is an issue with my pilots and drivers please let me know and I can stop posting my world. Otherwise, you will only see more of cars, boats, babes and bikinis.
For this video I was just thrilled to get my wife at the controls for some running about the grounds where I retired from. I think she did GREAT at driving (RC is not her thing at all but she is VERY supportive) but the other controls are more than she wishes to get into. We ran about the grounds for about an hour and a half and it was still going strong on the one battery I have. The barrel does not elevate but the turret turns nicely, there is a recoil effect for the cannon with sound, machine gun sound as well as the firing of the projectile all from the remote. There is only one speed but at this size one is enough. When you turn it on you get a nice engine start up sound then it goes to an idle. Once you start to move, the engine sound accelerates accordingly.
I'll stick one of my cameras on it soon to get you a Commander's view. Probably no borrowing of Derek's gear for good FPV though.
Derek asked, some time ago, for a video of me and the tank as I explained these features and its size when he first shared a video. Obviously we did not yet get to that but I hope we can soon. For what it is...it IS very impressive for my world.

What more could we want cars, boats and babe's in bikinis all wrapped up in RC.
Keep them coming.

OK, you may scoff at the 720P but you may reconsider are the $29.99 price with FREE shipping Derek and I got on a pair of these. I just wanted an acceptable camera for recording POV on my cars, boats and plane and NOT have that infernal date and time stamp. After buying three various key-chain cameras and being disappointed…mostly by the time stamp as well as the quality this camera presented itself out of the blue in an email from HobbyPartz.

With a simple wood block and two screws, this camera was mounted to my M5 Stuart Tank in about 15 minutes. Here’s the results. About 2 minutes of the tank running then the same 2 minutes in point of view.
