Well in my spare time I have been working on a laser cut kit from Hobby King, it's a J3 and it has been a fair amount of work but I am getting closer to completion. I would not recommend this kit for a first attempt as it is lacking in instructions and components and of course HK now has a version 2 of the kit with landing gear and other things.
Here is the progress so far.

So I still have to finish the wing and the electronics and the front tire mounting but I am getting close!

Wow, nice job! Don't know if I'll ever take the time to tackle a stick build kit like this. Glad to see you have, though!

Thanks Paul! Stick building is hard and this one, unless I see one I really want will most likely be my last as i have been working on it since the first week in january!
