i want to build the best rc plane ever!

Sorry i didnt know the best title, anyways I wanna build a F-35B, but im stuck on the VTOL i think thats what its called, the Swivel part of the rear of the plane that keeps it level during a hover is what im stuck on, i seen pictures but it doesnt say much on how to build one, so im hoping this group can help me figure it out, Thanks Guys!!!!
