MDD Extra 330 Build

Oh boy!!! Here is another of my scratch builds that I've got going on. I tell ya...my brain just doesn't shut up, lol. I actually started this build last fall. It pretty much sat still all winter. I did get a bit of progress done this Spring but then those pesky "fpv quad" flyers kept teasing me and I began the quad stuff. Anyway...staying on topic, lol...this plane is build mostly from 5/8" this wall insulation that I bought from my local home improvement store ($13 for a 4'x8' sheet). There is a bit of 1/8" plywood in the build. I'm going to be using a Tacon Bigfoot 245kv motor, a Castle ICE2 160HV esc, and a 12S battery setup. I have a bunch of very strong servo's that I'll be using but I don't recall the numbers nor specs of the servo's but they are quite strong. I also have an 18x8 APC prop and a 20x10 APC prop. I'll probably be using the 18x8 props.
Anyway...here's a pic. I put my DX8 on the nose for size reference. If I remember right, the plane is 75" long and 74" wingspan.
The front landing gear don't actually fit the size of my plane but they are from a 56" Tower Hobbies Edge 540. The steerable tail wheel assembly is a Dubro tail assembly that I got from my LHS.
Looking at the plane now, I wish that I had made the fuselage not as tall....but, it's too late now and I'm not changing it, lol. I have some clamps on the nose right now because I Gorilla Glued the firewall into place and it's curing.
