New Wing Being Built - So Far Unnamed lol

I was looking through my parts bin, a while back. WOW! I have LOTS of spare parts. Some are new and some are used. I noticed that I have a rather large motor. Its an NTM Prop Drive 5050 500kv 6S capable. I have some rather large metal gear servos with 15kg of torque at 6.0v. I also have a spare FrSky L9R receiver, Matek F722 Wing FC, Runcam fpv camera, TBS Unify Pro vtx, and a small GPS module (without compass). I also noticed that I have some 3/4" insulation foam sheeting, from a previous build.
Let's build a 50" fpv wing that will run off two 6S 4000mah lipos in parallel! Sounds like a good idea to me! I did order some carbon fiber arrow shafts to be used as wing spars and I used 3 of them to create an A frame spare that is buried in the foam and glued with Gorilla Glue. I don't have any pics of that but here come some pics and some descriptions.....
Here are the new spars

This wing is 3/4" insulation foam sheeting with 3 layers, to create a Kfm4 airfoil. It's rigid and efficient.

In the following pic, I had glued the layers together and I had cut some scrap foam that would be later sanded into shape for the final nose shape. I added a pop can for size reference

In the next pic, the glue had cured and I sanded the foam at the nose into the final shape. Looks pretty good!

Here, I added some balsa wood that is shaped very well for a leading edge and it adds a good bit of LE protection and rigidity.

The next few pic was taken after some color was added. The underside is entirely red.

This pic was taken after I added a DIY bungee launcher hook to the underside. Im anticipating this wing to be kinda heavy so I will probably only use my bungee launcher to launch this wing, with the assistance of Inav.

This next pic was taken after I added some 12v LED's. I have red LED's on the top, blue LED's on the underside, and two small strips of white LED's on the underside at the nose.

Here, I was dry fitting the custom motor mount with the NTM Prop Drive 5050 500kv 6S motor

Thanks Graham! The wing is 50" wide and weighs 8.6lbs (with two 6S 3700mah packs). I did a full throttle watt/amp test yesterday with a 13x7 APC prop and only got 988 watts at 48 amps using an NTM PropDrive 5050 500kv motor. Although that motor would probably push the wing and make it flyable, I'm not real impressed with the output power. So, I've been in touch with some people and I've ordered a BadAss 3530 890kv motor (yes, BadAss is the brand name, lol). According to their prop test chart, this motor should put out 1900+ watts at 88ish amps with a 10x7E prop on 6S. Now that just sounds like POWER!!! I may have to modify and reinforce my current motor mount to accommodate the new motor.
I do have some more pics coming soon.....

Cool build.
And I'm sorry but Broken Arrow to me will always be a Christian Slater movie. I know Travolta was supposedly the main (anti-)character, but Slater carried the movie IMO.
