Here is my custom built 130x
Not one stock part on this little money pit . The only part that looks stock is the 3n1 board but is not its been upgraded to handle the servos
So what Im going to be doing to it NOW is to take the 3n1 out and put in a Mini K-Bar FBL unit and see if I can make it fly like it should LOL

I have built a 150 version last year with a clone beast X and it was okay but just couldnt get the feel right in the out dated FBL unit
The K-bar I think will work Good being fully adjustable to what I need

Got the Kbar out of its case and the ESC all soldered up with motor plug , battery plug and shorten the lead for the FBL lead
Now time to start fitting it all in the baby bird

wow mounting the gyro naked. I guess on this bird every gram counts.

Its to big in the case to fit in the frame
With it out of the case it just barely fits

Did not even think of overall size. Yep size can be an issue. I hope the vibrations can be isolated well enough to get good flights.

It has 3m tape every were it makes contact with the frame should keep the vibes down

Well went to start wiring things up and found I have a bad jitter in one of the servos .
Not good these are 30.00 servos that are made of unatainum ( as in you cant get them )
Would explain the head shake it was getting with the old 3n1

That sucks mate, is that with the Kbar settings setup too? I recall having probs with my servos but had the Kbar set to the wrong type of servo..just a thought!!

You going to replace the servo or just move on? That's expensive for a servo.

Yes Im going to replace it My yard bird has to keep flying till I find a replacement for it
I found 2 new ones a guy was selling hope to have them buy the weekend

I think thats the one he won from boca bearings. If it is it came with a complete set of upgraded bearings.

Yes I won it from BB But the only thing left from it is the skids

If all goes as planed this thing should fly awesome
Servos will be in tomorrow should have it ready for a test hover late tomorrow night

oh wow! That is some dedication I sold my 130x off to a friend. I picked up a 180cfx flew it for 5 min and then packed it back up and returned it lol. I am out of micro helis for good now I think. They are just to easy to get sucked into and tinker with.

I need i micro for the time being. the sim is working but not the same in the end.

Yep the do help a lot as a real sims
No servos today Stupid USPS
dont see how the shipper is in FL and im In TX But my servos are in AZ what the hell

Servos finely showed up today so now I can maybe get this thing done
