You used the DPS 600PB power supplies? if so how much internal space was needed for the case to get them to fit? I will have to draw up what I would like to do for my case. I still dont know if I want to get a pre made case or make one out of wood.

The cases from Harbor Frieght work well.. Not water proof.. But latch & lock...aluminum with padding & foam.. I have 3.. One for the portable charging station, one for the transmitter, and third for my batteries.. They work well

I used a jigsaw and just started and stopped the trigger all the time as it is to fast if you just hold the trigger on and it tends to crack the glass.

Thats cool:) I just made a space in the lid and put velcro on it so it sits in the lid space:)
