Soldering Station

So as u guys know, I'm in the middle of a E7SE build. Upon rigging the ESC, I found out the my soldering iron just wasn't doin the trick anymore... Never really did well on larger wires anyway. So I called on a buddy of mine & swung by his house to use his soldering station... Let me tell u... Freak'n Awesome! Once this build is complete it will be the next item I purchase... Highly recommended!

I got given one that wasn't working a while back.
I pulled it apart and found bad connections where the plug to the iron goes in.
Repaired those and it's awesome.
I still have a big iron for really heavy jobs but this so much better for the smaller stuff.

Not sure what "big" is to u... But this thing heats up 10-8awg like butter! Don't know if I'd ever need anything bigger in the RC world... I want it! Lol

I think if I had a bigger tip for my stations iron it would happily do the bigger stuff as well as my 80w one.

Very nice Clay, temperature controlled are the best, I've got 2 of them. Can't live without an iron
