Pit Towel vs Mat

Post by cml001 »

Got a new mat for my work bench(computer desk)... I've been using pit towels for the bench since I started helis.. Was fine, but they do move around & fold/wrinkle up as u work & move about.. So I saw this and wanted to try it for some time now... Wish I hadn't waited.. It's awesome! Molded cups keep stuff from rolling about, the rubber doesn't slide around the bench.... It's awesome.. Another great product from FBL Rotors! Gotta say that I have loved EVERY product that I've order from him. Turnbuckles, dampening system, bell crank, links, trays.. Top notch!

I just picked up a set of ball link pliers from these guys (via kde). Have yet to use them but the design and quality is fantastic. Will have to see what else they gave. Cool work mat.

Awe man... I want those pliers too! Synergy has the biggest balls in the industry, & those are the only quality link pliers I know that works with them without a mod. I use my Align pliers, but had to put my Dremel skills on them to widen them out to work. U should post & review them! Lol... I said biggest balls! & yeah, Ralph & KDE seem to have a partnership on a lot of products.. I think my bell cranks are machined & come from KDE.. Which I use their stuff in every one of my birds as well.

That looks like a great bit of kit.
I have lost count of the number of times, I have been on the floor looking for washers and screws that I dropped :D

actually.....a rubber mat like that would be quite useful. I may have to look into getting something like that.

Thanks bro!!!
