Now, there is no way that I can afford a $400 kit, like this, and hundreds of more dollars in electronics...but I think I feel a new build coming on.
Where's my foam sheets???

I'd like to ask a favor of anyone who reads this post. At your leisure, would you please do a Google Search on this plane? It's a "Legacy Aviation Turbo Bushmaster". I'd like you to look at any possible images of this plane and see if you can help me determine what the wing chord is. In case someone doesn't know, the wing chord is the measurement from the tip of the leading edge to the tip of the trailing edge.
I'm beginning to draw up this plane and I'm having difficulties deciding what the wing chord should be. Initially, I had estimated that the wing chord was 18" but now that I'm drafting up some patterns, 18" just seems too long.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!!!

Derek according to their specs 84 inch wingspan with 800 sq. in. wing area. That would net you about a 9.5 inch chord. 84 inch ws x 9.5 cord = 798 Sq. in. would be really close and if you factor in the camber height it probably is 800 sq. in. but you could stretch it to 10 in chord, easier math making it 840 sq.in. wing area and that won't hurt it at all.

That sounds good! 10" wing chord with 3-4" control surfaces....cool! Thanks for the help, Gerald!
