I just got done calibrating the esc's in the BLHeli Suite. Motors 1 and 3 also needed reversed. That's such a cool feature...to be able to reverse the motors in the Suite instead of unsoldering the motor wires. Very nice! I went back to Cleanflight, into the Motors Tab, to check that all the motors were turning the proper directions...and they are. I even noticed that these new Little Bee ESC's are, not only One Shot capable but, Multi Shot and D Shot capable. Because I don't know anything about Multi Shot nor D Shot, I left them at One Shot.

So...this sucker is ready for props and some airtime!!!

Derek forget multishot or dshot on the naze 32 you need an f3 board to be able to handle the computations for these protocols, think oneshot 42 would be ok though and is about 3x quicker than oneshot125, dshot is 10x quicker than oneshot125 just for info.

Graham the Kombini isnt cheap but man its a hell of an FC, my both fossils are running them and they are just super smooth and save weight and ease install as they have a 150a rated pdb built in.

Derek if you fitted 2207 motors in that frame you bought the newer 250-22 model as they wont fit in the older version.

Thanks Kev! I'm quite content with the Naze32. Until it breaks or burns up, I'll likely continue to use it. I fully believe that the Kombini is a great FC. I have no doubt that you'd never steer me wrong. Maybe later on down the road, when I break or burn up my trusty Naze, I'll invest in something newer.

As for my Gravity 250 frame...yes, my 2207-2100kv Sunnysky motors drop right in without hesitation. So, you are saying that I got the newer 250-22? I'll consider myself lucky then because I have 11 or 12 of these motors and I was quite happy to see that they just dropped right it. So...I'm happy!

Just for giggles, I thought I'd power up my vrx and the quad....ya know....just to make sure everything worked. WOW! Glad I did! No matter what band, nor channel, that I was on, I had no video in my Fatsharks. That was disappointing, to say the least. I popped the lid off the 250 and started probing around with my multimeter. Giving the short version of the story, I found the problem. I had reversed the red and black wires from the vtx to the camera, giving no power to the camera. Once I put them in properly, I can now change bands and channels and have video on most of the available channels. Fantastic!

I don't know if it's possible to short out the camera by having the red to black and the black to red but everything is working.

Naze32 is setup in Cleanflight
ESC's are setup in BLHeli Suite
ESC's are calibrated and spinning the proper directions
DX8 is talking to the DSMX Satellite, and all setup in Receiver Tab
Good video in goggles
Blue LED's are shining on the rear of the frame (I'm out of red LED's, lol)

So, I'm glad that I checked to make sure the FPV gear was working, because it wasn't....but now it is and this thing is ready for props and some race gates.

It really is a gorgeous frame!!!

Nice one Derek:) Yes Kev i have read a lot about the FC, however for me i cant fly well enough to notice the difference:) i am still on 3s:)
The only thing i would say Derek, and i know it adds weight, i covered my camera with foam and hot glue to protect it during a crash:)

The motors, props and camera are the only weak points on this build, and i have yet to lose a motor:) however the camera can be vulnerable depending on how you crash:)

I think that's a good suggestion, Graham! Let's face it...we all crash...I know I sure do, lol. I'll have a look around for some foam to protect my fpv cam. Thanks for that!!!
