Saw this in action this weekend at the NE Heli Jam. Pretty sweet machine. Easier to track and know orientation than the Invertix, but from what I understand it is also a bit more dicey to fly. The stock roll rates are much quicker than the Invertix. Also, there is a sense that it doesn't stop and hold attitude quite like the Invertix does/did. It feels far more agile.

Design wise it uses pretty robust arms of CF tubing. The larger size and design of the canopy make it easier to track visually. I'm not sure but it looks like the props are smaller compared to the invertix which may contribute to being better on the flips and rolls to inverted (smaller prop means less spinning mass to stop and change direction). It is a screamer in person. I don't know if it is particularly quick, I didn't see a flat out run or climb done with it, but it is just a noisy quad. Which with a 3D quad I guess is a good thing. :)

I have the same reaction to these as I do to the Invertix.
Be fun for a while but I would quickly get bored with it.

To me, quads are all about FPV and proximity flying or aerial video and photography.
The flips and rolls even with a 250 quad don't do that much for me.
I prefer to be low and fast through trees and obstacles.
It gives me the sense and thrill of sitting in the pilot seat and having some fun.
