Align Trex 150 DFC Bind Problem:)

Due to continuing bad weather i decided to get my 150 repaired.

One servo was damaged, teeth stripped, so i replaced it. The feathering shaft was bent, so i renewed the feathering and main shaft and renewed the feathering shaft dampers. Quick indoor test to see that the vibration had gone and the servos were working. All was good with my DX6i.

I then decided to set up my DX7 Gen2 for the 150 and thats when my problems started "BIND FAILED" :(

I tried it first doing the set up via the manual, i then watched Jeff Fassbinder's video on binding, they both failed, i followed them to the letter. Back to the DX6i and it bound first time.

So any ideas??

Sometimes I've had to be sure that the throttle trim is all the way down in order to get a proper bind. I don't know if that would solve your issues but you might double check that.

Yeah. Play with trim or servo travel on throttle. Good idea.
