Thanks Dustin! If you'd like, I can let you know where I got all my stuff from. Otherwise, just do some researching and shopping around. The build really was quite fun. I'm very much looking forward to flying this bugger this weekend.

I'm sure it's going to happen at some point in time but I do hope my 250 doesn't crash. I don't have any spare arms or frame pieces. HK still has them all listed on backorder. If the unmentionable does happen, I'm just gonna replace the frame with something more local.

i crashed my first quad loads of times Derek and only ever broke props, pretty robust these little things are.... even an inverted crash broke nothing more than 2 props, ive hit trees too... haha, the ONLY drawback is when you lose it in a river, or altogether lose it....

I never lost o prop for over 40 flights. As Stambo would say not trying hard enough:)

well, I'm very sad to report that my Mobius camera did not show up today. Bummer! According to the tracking info, it was scheduled to be here today....but it's not. Maybe tomorrow.

It doesn't really matter that the Mobius isn't here today. I have to work tonight anyway, lol. I hope the camera shows up tomorrow because I'll be off all weekend.

I did manage to move the Flight Mode servo lead, on the rx, from the GEAR channel to the FLAP channel. The FLAP channel has a 3 position switch on my tx....giving me the 3 flight modes, instead of two. Then I did manage to go into Cleanflight and make the changes in the MODES tab, to allow Angle, Horizon, and Manual Modes....and I managed to remember to click on SAVE after each change, lol.

Many have suggested that I start with Angle Mode, I believe Stambo was the first to suggest it, and just play around with the quad. See what it's doing. Feel what it's doing and then make any trim and gain adjustments as needed. I don't have a problem with that, at all, lol. I made the change to the 3 position switch just so that the option were there and I don't have any troubles getting my fingers to the FLAP switch.

I just checked the taking info and it says that my mobius has left the Indianapolis post office, that's my states capital, so I'm am very certain that I'll have the mobius tomorrow, which is cool with me because I'm off work tomorrow through Sunday. I can live with that!!!

Looking forward to the videos Derek.
Just remember when you first fly it, there may be some adjustments required to get it to fly level in angle mode.
You don't trim in the TX, but you can do it with the TX.
If it is drifting one way or the other, land, disarm, full throttle stick then right stick in the direction you had to correct.
This means if you had to pitch forward because it was drifting backwards that is what you do to adjust it.
You will see an LED flash on the board, each flash is a "click" of adjustment.
You can either give it full stick a number of times or hold it there and watch the flashes.

Disappointed....I just checked my mail and I find no Mobius. Junk mail and my house payment...but no Mobius.

I just checked on the tracking number again....that site shows that my package left Indianapolis, IN (that's only 1.5 hours away) last night at 8:44pm. Bummer! So....I guess I'll just check the mail tomorrow. I just don't understand how it takes 6 days to get from New York to Indiana but my last parts order only took 3 days to get from California to Indiana. Again....bummer!

US post sounds rubbish, i start moaning if its longer than a day UK to UK, Europe to UK is usually 3 days.

the funny thing is...on the post tracking page, it says "Estimated Delivery Date: March 26". Ummmm, that was yesterday!
