How I rig my LEDs

Here are some pics of how I did my lights for easy install and replacement.
One set led, double sided tape, and a piece of foam cut to the size of the gap between the frames.
Stick tape to back of LEDs, and piece of foam.
LEDs fit snugly in the gap. No mess and easy to remove and repair.

Do they move about from time to time since they are "loosely pressure fitted" via the foam?

No, they are are tight fit.
The foam, is a high density foam.
I make them slightly thicker than the gap, to get a snug fit.
