Just finished building another 250 for a friend here.
I had initially set it up with a CC3D board, but it was defective. Chinese clone does it again :D
So I put a KK2.1.5 board in. Just tuning it up now.

The KK2 may be 8bit, but it took me less than one battery to get it dialled in LOL :D

Doing mathematical functions on an 8 bit processor is a pain in the butt really, especially when your using sensors that produce 10+ bit results. Processing is slower. 32 bit is a doddle. Therefore much faster, quicker response times too

Nice one Lee:) any reason why you use the 8 channel FRSky? is it to add on to with FPV/GPS etc at a later date?

Thats not mine Graham.
I built it for a friend, and thats what he had.
Only had it a couple of months and he's selling it.
They are all plane guys here. Don't have the coordination to fly helis and multis LOL :D

because it rocks. i use it with futaba 8j and delta 8 reciever (frsky) it gives me a fulll range reciever all 8 channels and rssi and to complete the deal, it is half the price of a futaba 6ch sbus receiver (£60?$100) for a full range receiver. its a no brainer to me. and the main thing is it just works

Got two more locals interested in mini quads and FPV.
I just spent on there behalf nearly 1000 euros on gear :)
Two fully set up quads
Two sets of fatsharks and all the FPV gear.
Batteries and two chargers.
Lots of toys to play with :)
