My Quad needs fixing

i seem to have a serious problem with my quad. it should just lift off the deck reasonably straight without cyclic input but mine doesnt. if i dont give it elevator and aileron inputs it will just tip to rear right rotor and the rotor will hit the deck first. once its in the air it seems OK. also during flight it keeps yawing left, i can compensate for some of this with TX trimming but it doesnt cure it.

my suspicions are it needs a new controller board, this has probably been damaged during its dunk in the river at tarifa.

i went fpv flying this morning and that was a total disaster, it ended up inverted twice, this was due to it not taking off in a straight upward direction...
so i think fpv is out for me until i get some training of some kind. i just couldnt figure out where i was, how high i was, nightmare.....

thats my moan for the day...

Tony Not sure how your FC works, but i normally re calibrate accelerometer. PID settings can be changed to get rid of Yaw as well. Someone else on here may know your FC board better than me.

Worst case i re set to defaults.

I had to dial out a bit of yaw on my TX:)

Thanks for all that Graham, appreciated. Lee talked me through a total reset and setup, including re-cal of ESC's. But it still didn't work. It's a nightmare really. Takeoff is the worst, ok flying LOS as you can easily compensate, but fpv isn't so easy... Think I'll order the full naze32 board, don't know what else to do really....I don't have a lot of luck with this hobby that's for sure....

I sent you a skype Tony.
I think its a set up issue, as it was flying perfectly, the day I posted it.
Lets do a factory reset on it, and see where we are from there.

my sper quad use to do that but it was a balance issue had to move the battery around to get it centered then it would lift off and hover level flight
