Are these pids with the afro esc's?
Decrease the roll and pitch rate that will slow it down in rate mode I don't know how that will affect any of the other modes.

Drop your RC rate, 1.5 is way high, I run about 1.2 if I wanna go nuts or less than 1 if I am taking it easy.

And for taking pictures of your screen, windows has a thing called "Snipping Tool" gives much clearer images and it is already in your computer.

Start typing it in the start menu and it will come up.

I see your roll/pitch rate is quite high too, I run mine about 0.40

Here is my current settings.
You can set up different profiles then select them when you fly by holding the left stick in the disarm position and using the right stick to choose profile.
Right stick left = profile 1
Up = profile 2
Right = profile 3
Down will recalibrate acc, don't do it unless the quad is dead level. :)
FC will beep and LED flash to indicate the selected profile.
Whatever you have selected when you exit the configurator will be what the quad starts with so if you want to fly profile 1 make sure it is selected.

You should be able to run you pitch and roll P gains much higher than that with oneshot enabled graham.
have you enabled oneshot in the configuration tab in clean flight?

If you are going to start tuning you would be better off turning oneshot on in the naze software, it saves tuning once then turning it on and having too do it all again. Plus ive found thet with oneshot on its a lot easier to tune as if the sweet spot is bigger/easier to find

It's a check box in the in the configuration tab under the motor stop check box. And the set looptime = 1600 in the cli and your good to go, your flashed esc's will sense oneshot and switch to that mode.

Will it alter Stambos settings for profiles 1,2,3 that i have put in?

I don't have any oneshot capable ESCs so I don't know what difference it will make but I have read oneshot makes tuning easier.
You should be fine, and as Dan says, you should be able to up the P some more.
