It's pretty impressive, no doubt! As for dangerous....my only hope would be that the trimming company notifies the area that they will be coming through. Dangerous for the pilot, too??? I imagine that there is a certain level of "danger" anytime and everytime a helicopter gets off the ground. Then you add on the weight and threat of multiple spinning blades being carried by the helicopter.....yep....definitely dangerous.

Looks pretty dangerous to me.
That would have to be one skilled pilot, to have that pendulum swinging below and still maintain perfect control.
