I saw the video he is talking about ages ago.
I don't disagree with him, if it was the other way round, there would be hell to pay.
The Mavic guy would have been demonised.
Flying that Mavic so close to people was stupid, flying the heli that close was a potential disaster, pilot should have his licence suspended at the very least.

What would have happened if the mavic was forced down onto a person instead of into the water? Who would have been at fault for that one? I know who I think should have been at fault. Doubt the law would agree, unfortunately.
