We are moving.

We have been in our apartment for two years.
Its small, one bedroom, but was sufficient for our needs.
When we moved to Mexico, we gave up a great apartment here.
It was a nice place in town, with two bedrooms.
It's now available again, so the owner called us to ask if we wanted to move back in.
We jumped at the chance.
We will now have a second bedroom for family and guests to come stay.
More important, I have a hobby room again, so I can start building up my fleet again
