Still alive

Post by murankar »

I got some catching up to do. I am still around and have not flown in a while. I still have a few more things to get and with the holiday season I was not able to get the things I need. BUT they will be getting ordered shortly, sometime in January. I just wanted to do a quick stop and chat and let everyone know that I am Okay (still dealing with the issues) and things are getting better. Its just taking a little bit to get things done.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

As for the kids they had a great christmas. Each kid (Except Nico, because he has been wanting a tablet) got something hobby related. Sage (my youngest got the RC Truck, Aiden got a Bachmann N Scale train set and my Daughter got the Celestron 127eq telescope. My daughters face was priceless when she opened it up and my camera was acting screwy so I missed it.

Have a great year guys/gals. Make it a SUPER YEAR!!!!!

I have been in counseling and re medicating as needed to get through the day. I just had a brief period of zero interest with anything. My dad gave me some cash for the holiday and told me to buy what I needed to fly again. So now the decision , the X3 or 180CFX.

So I have been looking at the hop ups for the 180cfx. The one that really has me thinking is RKH airframe kit and boom mount tail servo. Why you may ask? To fit a Vbar Neo. Then my Vcontrol will fly it.

Same here; windy, raining, lower 30s one day and upper 50s the next. The lasts few days have been cold and raining with winds gusting to 25mph. Just total suckage all around.

Neo may be a bit large for the 180. If youcould take it out of the case, maybe. :)

If you want something to fly indoors for the winter, I'd go with the 180. If you want something for outdoors go X3.

Ive started rebuilding my 150 for indoors. It was a lot of pain for me and got one replaced under warranty as it was faulty straight out of the box. That said, once i got it flying it was good:) I aslo was gifted a Blade mQX and it is brilliant and really great at crashing. I put about 50 batteries through it before i broke a leg, due to me hitting an aluminium ladder:(
