I think it's CG, for a plane to be that low it would have to be either about to land or just taken off.
I can't see any airports in either direction, for something like that it would have to be a pretty big airport.

Landing or taking off...what would posses someone to take the chance and accidentally come in contact with any plane and put all those peoples lives in danger. What would he say if it did happen,"OPPS... I'm sorry!" Doesn't anyone use common sense anymore? Seem to me that most of society doesn't care anymore about a human life besides there own. Looks pretty real to me. The video quality is pretty poor, but I'd bet the airport is clearly visible in the distance on the full res, once it passes by. Pretty shocking someone would do this, even more so that they'd post the video of it. Hopefully they're able to track down the poster's account and nail him with a heavy fine and publicize the hell out of it.
