Any one need servo arms

Post by Lee »

If you have broken a servo arm, I can make you a new one.
Just made this one today.
The aluminium plate is 40mm think.
Don’t think it will break lol.

Hi Graham
It’s not nylon, it’s delrin.
Tolerance was tight as a ducks arse :)
It’s the bottom part of a rudder system. The rudder shaft fits into the cup.

Whoa! Thats one hell of a serious servo arm!!!

Very cool man! I use a lot of servo arms on my planes but I think that one is a bit overkill lol.

I thought it might be delrin. I used some in a modification we did to a multi crosscut saw that has multiple positions and setting changes per day. Been over a year and we have not been back to it. Wear resistance properties as it lubricates are excellent:)
