Any one need servo arms

If you have broken a servo arm, I can make you a new one.
Just made this one today.
The aluminium plate is 40mm think.
Don’t think it will break lol.

What nylon grade is the bush and what tolerance fit was the bush to the hole.......ooops geek alert, geek alert:)

It’s not nylon, it’s delrin.
Tolerance was tight as a ducks arse

It’s the bottom part of a rudder system. The rudder shaft fits into the cup.

Whoa! Thats one hell of a serious servo arm!!!
Very cool man! I use a lot of servo arms on my planes but I think that one is a bit overkill lol.

I thought it might be delrin. I used some in a modification we did to a multi crosscut saw that has multiple positions and setting changes per day. Been over a year and we have not been back to it. Wear resistance properties as it lubricates are excellent:)
