On this side of the pond, I haven't heard anything about this. This pertain mostly for commercial use. I plan on just recreational flying with my drone. Mostly to keep tabs on the local drug dealers Lol. Our local PD stops by every once in while to view my videos

DOG....we haven't spoken in quite some time, so I don't know if you are aware of what's going on with the FAA. If the FAA gets their way, with the proposed rule for Remote ID, eventually flying anything in your yard will be illegal. I hope that you are current and up to date with whats going on.

Ive done a lot of research and ive made a comment to the FAA. I'm also writing a second comment that includes facts that my first reply didnt include.

Ive also been encouraging my friends and family to write comments, including hobbyists that are not in the US. So, Graham, if you have time, maybe you could share of thoughts and send a comment to the FAA too.

DOG, if you haven't sent a comment, id like to encourage you to do so before the March 2, 2020 deadline.

Absolutely sent in a comment. Actually Linda wrote it for me because she's very technical and use proper legal terms. Being disable and others, she wrote it up as from a disable person point of view.
