Just surprised my son Jacob with a used CRF 50 and off course he wanted to try it straight away.
It was a bit wet so I told him to take it easy, but I think he likes it. :)

Great ridin Jacob makes me wish I wish I still had my 89 CR250R but I sold it to get the move money to come up here to start my family so I think it was well worth it

I remember my first bike. Riding around on the fields by our house :)
My last MotoX bike i rode was the CRF250.

He looks like he's enjoying it :)

I have an old street 50cc Suzuki that has been in the barn untouched for over 4 years.
I went down with some gas and a pump for the tyres.
Put the gas in it, kicked it twice and it went, I couldn't believe it.
I thought I would at least have to clean out the carb.
Well Jacob and I have been roaring around the paddocks today and he looks like he was born on a bike.
I will attach a cam to my helmet tomorrow and you will see what I mean.
The sad thing for me is that his bike is heaps faster than my old Suzi so he just leaves me in his dust. :)
Once I teach him how to use the gearbox I stand even less of a chance at keeping up to him. :)

He just loves telling everyone about his bike and how he is much faster than his dad. :D

That's really cool, Stambo! I watched this video twice because I just thought it was cool to see Dad and son having a good time. Very very cool! I'm happy for you and I'm proud of him. That was awesome to watch!

This is only his 3rd day on it, I think I need to save for his future in motocross. :D

He didn't need the shortcut, he would have passed me as soon as I hit the hill.
Real old 50cc road bike with my weight versus a lot more modern 50cc dirt bike with him on it. :)

He is already asking me to make some jumps for him, he has seen Nitro Circus videos.
Should I be worried? :D :D

Noooooo, don't be worried, start small ramps... He's well protected with the gear you have on him. Hes a great little guy..
