is it seeing the usb and plugged in and connection when powered up
did you use the link I gave you to get the download were they have to email you the download

I have 2 copies of the email download. I went through and manually installed the drive, went through devise manager, opened USB devises and right clicked on on the devise. Navigated to the vstabi folder under x86 programs and clicked open. At the end I got successfully updated drivers dialog.
