Hi all, back again. Could anyone talk me through setting up dx8 to work the banks in the Msh Brain fbl unit. I have done it before but just can not
get it to work again. Treat this like an idiots guide if you would because the older I get the more I seem to forget. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

Hey their Treff. Your not getting older.... you just have temporary memory loss. Like when the wife asked you a question and you don't want to answer!

Choose which switch you want to operate the banks with.
I use the Gear switch. I know its only two positions, but I only need to banks to do what I want.
If you want three, then use either the AUX2 Gov or Flap Gyro if you don't have that already set to adjust gyro.
Go to switch menu, and set that switch to Aux3.
This should allow you to change the banks in the software now.
Thats how mine is set up anyway :)

Thanks Lee will give that a try. I tried this morning to set it up but had something wrong and the heli wanted to tip over forwards so that was a little hairy
to say the least lol. I'm trying to do all this on the front lawn but there's not much room especially if things do not go as planned lol. Thanks again Lee
Update...................................................I realised my mistake, forgot to do the levelling in the software DOH! no wonder it was trying to tip. It
was only level in one bank. Still no damage and I think apart from tweaking it's all systems go.

Cheers Graham, yes looking good. Just needs a little tuning to my liking. On the third flight now. Only hovering on the lawn but even in the gusty
wind it is ultra stable so that's good for an old fart like me. It's just the machine to take up the mountain near the house and try to do a little 2d, not 3d
I do 2d, it's much safer. lol
