Ikon USB Cable

Currently, I have the Ikon positioned on my Trex 600 with the Ikon USB port to the front of the helicopter and the servo leads connect to the Ikon towards the back. However, the servo leads are within 1.5 inches of the spinning motor. I'd like to turn the Ikon around, 180 degrees so that the servo leads connect at the front. If I do that, the Ikon USB port would then be near the motor and there won't be enough room to connect Ikon USB cable.
Is there a 90 degree connector that can be purchased?

Could go with the blue tooth.. I like it.. But if it's 1.5" away, and the wires are secure.. I'd leave it be.

I got my Ikon used with the 600. I got my cable from Paul. So I never had a 90 degree adapter.
The part, in that link, doesn't even have a connector that would plug in to where the USB cable plugs into.

It plugs where the blue tooth does... Same section where the servos plug in... That leads to the black box w a micro USB port that can be placed anywhere u choose. Are ur servo wires loose and able to be caught by the gear?

not sure I want to use the bluetooth, just yet. My phone has been causing me some troubles lately and I'm hoping to get a new one soon. I like being able to program it with the laptop.
No, the servo wires aren't really in any jeopardy of hitting the motor. I just think it looks like crap and i'd like to have the wires rerouted to the front.

I use the laptop w the Bluetooth.. I'm an iPhone guy.. No app for iOS so using the phone is not an option.. I like the laptop for this better anyhow.. I don't mind taking the top to the field... I got the Bluetooth because the USB port broke and I had to have the unit replaced as the port was bouncing round inside the case... After 2mths use.. They replaced it & I had them sent the Bluetooth with it.. I like it.

Oh, well that's different, lol. I didn't know that I could use the bluetooth in that way, lol. Where can I find the adapter?

Anything Bluetooth will see it.. Just need to be able to run ikon software to utilize it.. HeliDirect is where I got mine.

Ok....I'm going to be very honest with you here, lol. I'm not very good when it comes to newer electronic devices. I can't even get the Bluetooth on my phone to work. I spent HOURS and DAYS going through the Ikon programming just to gain an understanding of how it worked.
So...lol...that being said, lol....can i get you to share the link for the exact device that you are talking about? I can build 'em! I can fly 'em! The "tech" side of our rc's....well, that's where I struggle, lol.

I found the adapter:

looks reasonably priced. I just spoke with friend of mine that only runs Ikon and he has bought this little unit. he has used it and seems to really like it.

I made a blue tooth for my IKON. It seemed to work just fine but when I looked at the setup the numbers were different on the blue tooth then they were on the PC. Referring to the calibration screen where where you set all the throws to 100. I didn't trust the bluetooth so I never used it. Ended up loosing it in a crash.

I think I'm just gonna take my helicopter to the Computer Service store (their facial expressions should be classic) and see if they can help me find a USB cable with a 90 degree cable end or a 90 degree adapter. I've been using my laptop and the USB cable to make changes to the settings and I quite like it. Yes, the Bluetooth accessory would be handy...maybe I'll get it down the road.
Thanks guys!
