kbar software

Post by murankar »

I just ordered a kbar from gartt-rc and just got a notification that payment has been received.

My guestion is what android app and PC app is used on this bugger? I saw the vbar app which is $8.

Also who supplies the kbar updates since minkado has the firmware so locked down.

I got the v2 5.3.? Version. $28 bucks and free shipping. The hb800 is holding out great. It does everything I need but want to tinker more. I could go back to the zyx-s but I want to see what the craze is about the kbar. A lot of you all are using it flawless and a guy at the club suggested it. So wth I give it a shot.

Not so worried about the setup, that's the easy part; its the tune ability of the unit that I am concerned with. I have been wanting to get a vbar but it was competing with the skookum and BD as my options. Now with the kbar I think enough pioneers took the arrows and now I am jumping on it just to see if it is what I want in a gyro. I seriously looked at a V controller but the price tag is stopping me. The Radio can be used to program the gyro VIA the screen and some buttons plus the live vibration monitor is just way to awesome for me. I will have dreams I guess.

After you have the vstabi software on the PC ensure your not connected to the Internet when you connect the kbar up, as it does a verification on the unit and will lock it out because it's not an original,

Good point, I would have locked it then. Thank you. I am still fighting on my log in on their web site. I may need to have one of you email the software. I did find a link to a down load, launched it and never got past the splash screen. Will it need to be off the net for every connection or just the first?

There might be a way to redirect back to local host. I think in windows I believe there is a host resolve file, I can't remember.

Hey URI, I sent you a link in the first post, that's been working for me for ages now, I hooked a Kbar up to it last night when I was doing some tests for Smoke... I've never been locked out and I'm always on web...

The gyro section of the manual (photo below). Is this possible on a kbar or is this a ar7200bx/ar7300bx thing?

You have to do on the computer soft wear
click new setup and let it open to the RX page pick the sat rx then at the bottom it has a box to check to do the bind once you click the box power down the kbar and quickly power it back up it will then go in to bind mod with the sat flashing fast

I am wondering if I have the right java run times. I can't seem to get past the splash screen. I want to get all bound up but to no avail. When you only have an hour and half to get ready for work its hard to work in wrench time. That's why I am upset about the postal service.
