Hey all. I wasn't suppose to get my package til Monday but today Is just fine with me I needed another micro FPV quad since my other one flew away I ended up getting another TBX Xracer even though I had problems with the first one I like the body style of the TBX I also ordered 2 more batteries for my 180. Some props and connectors. The stock props were garbage plus i needed back up. We have design a neat track for the 180 and part of the track goes through the woods. So I get little nicks and ding from the branches when I get of track Once I get the track down without crashing I'll post a video. TBX also has a neat little track. Here's the goodies I received today minus the 180

Hey Graham Lawrie. I do like the TBS quality but the TBS doesn't like me . Once again, I can get her to bind but still no radio control . When I get into the receiver part, there is NO lines on the receiver movement of aile,Ele throttle... nothing. Motors spins but doesn't recognize my DX6 for stick control. I don't know but I'll get an early start tomorrow and try again.

That's awesome! Yeah, the stock props for the Shuriken aren't very good. It didn't take me long to bend them up, lol. But, I did order quite a few sets of DAL props, so my 180 is still flying. Take care!

Look at page 13 for Cleanflight if it is Spektrum RX did you tick 2048?

Thanks Graham Lawire for that information. Yes I do have the manual downloaded and click on 2048 thanks. Funny thing is that being a spektrum radio and TBS Xracer DSMX/DSM2 quad, the radio will be recognized by beta flight only by PPM instead of RX serial when I'm using DX6 I'll keep on messing with it. Like you said there's something I didn't click. Funny how it happen to me for the second time

What about channel mapping on Cleanflight? have you tried changing from TAER to AETR?

Can you post up pictures of your screens in Cleanflight so we can take a look?

There's 2 version on the TBS. V1.0 or V1.1. How can I tell without taking apart since it doesn't say on the box?

When you get your transmitter working in betaflight, go on your transmitter to the monitor screen and see if the TX monitor is moving the channel that is on betaflight.

Also a close up of each screen would be better, its hard to see in the video.
And page 12 in the manual is your serial rx like that in uart 2?

Hey Graham. Thanks! Everything moves correctly on the radio, monitor and on the Beta flight screen. I do have the Serial RX for UART2 checked off. I'm so close. It almost seems like my endpoints aren't right. There set High/low @ +/-130. I can arm and disarm the motors. I have the right movement on the radio but on PPM not RX serial "Page 4" If I do what they say, the radio movements are all screwed up. I can't believe I cant figure it out. This is the second one that wont work right for me @ $150.00 a pop. Maybe I should stick to helis since I'm not bright enough to program any quad

Well I'm finding out the the TBS XRacer likes to work on PPM/V1.1 So the mapping TAER123 doesn't work on the quad but default does. Do I have to go into my radio, DX6, channel assignment and change that around

That's what I was meaning by comparing it to the monitor and tx. It may be that your mapping should be aetr and not the spektrum default
