Welcome to RC-Hangout!

We aim to be a friendly place to ask and discuss RC related topics, from airplanes and multi-rotors to dirt track racers and speed boats. All are most welcome, but we make a special effort to help and welcome in those who are new to the various disciplines of the hobby. No bashing. Period.

Some tips:
  • You are highly encouraged to fill out your location information in your user profile.
  • Upon successful registration you will be on a 20 post "probation" period where you will have slightly reduced account features (can't change avatar, can't edit posts, can only vote once in a poll, etc.). After 20 posts your account will upgrade to a normal account with standard features.
  • Though not required, your first post should be here in this forum! Introduce yourself, let us know your RC interests, and get a warm welcome by the crew! :) If you want to read and "lurk" for a while before posting, that's cool too. Just remember to come back here and post an introduction before you post elsewhere in the forum.
  • If you encounter any problems you can PM an admin (danhampson and pvolcko), a moderator (Lee), or email us at "admin at rc-hangout dot com"
As a reminder, in case you have not read the site rules, please do so. Click this link.

Lastly, we have created a set of useful tutorials for using this forum: Again, welcome to RC-Hangout, we hope to hear from you soon!

Sincerely,
The RC-Hangout Staff
