Hi from an FPV noob! (UK)

Just got into FPV Quad racing after seeing YouTube video. Used to own a Parrot AR drone but got dissolusioned with being limited to the range of the WiFi and flying it using a phone etc. Decided I could do a lot better myself and decided to build my own drone with a lot of help from Banggood, eBay, YouTube and of course the excellent Forums. So I've just built my very first ZMR250 and configured my Naze32 in Clean flight using mostly the default settings and got my maiden flight hover done in my kitchen today!
Can't wait now to get outside when this damn wind dies down to try it out using the FPV gear for real.
Looking to join a local club in the area if I can find one or meet up with some guys who know what they are doing! I'm loving it all so far ☺

Hey Vince,
So you're from Swindon.
I'm from Marlborough, but live in Spain now. My parents live in Manton and Ogbourne St Andrew.
Next time, i'm home, we should go for a fly :)

There are a few clubs near you.
One in Wooten Bassett. SMAC is the name.
There is also a bunch of guys that fly helis on the road to Oxford.
Drive down the Oxford road A420, just before you drive under the railway line, turn down the dirt track to the right.
