Hopefully my buddy, Mike, will find his way to this thread. He is a new member and my new flying buddy.

Hey everyone!

I'm Mike, I am a VALVE Steamworks VR developer and as far as flying goes, a pretty new pilot and only had toys before this year. After practicing on a simulator for a few months and the toys I figured it was time to own a proper quad.. I got myself a 250 RTR and it's OK, but I have a need for speed so started messing with mini's and freestyle flying. I bought an ARRIS X180 and had issues with it out of the box so I have returned that and gotten myself a RotorX Atom V2 kit, that should be arriving.... TODAY!! I'll be posting FPV videos as well as writing my own music to go with the videos.

If you run into any issues on the board let me or Dan know and we'll get you sorted out. You post is approved and your account moved out of the "probation" period we needed to setup to clamp down on spammers.

- Thanks everyone! I have a good understanding of electronics but not much experience with modern Quadcopters or RC's, I used to race on-road 15yrs ago but those systems have all changed. haha. So, yep. Excited to learn more about tuning and building. I did get the Atom V2 in!! It's built but came with a XT30 molex and 12gu wire. So, I am going to go to the hobby shop tomorrow and pick up a couple XT60 connectors and I have the wire. It supports the 3S 60c 1300mah's and I'm not really wanting to run an adapter or buy a whole new set of batteries just for this.
