It seems to have a lot higher specs, but i would hope so.
Its $1200 for just the machine and controller (but you need a decent phone to use as a screen). No bag or anything else.
Gopro is $300 less, comes with bag, gimble handle, controller with integrated screen.
But you still need to buy the GoPro camera on top of that. So in the end they are almost equal in price.

Looks like it folds up much smaller. The long distance HD video feed is pretty amazing too. Not sure how the GoPro stacks up on that front.

$1299 gets you the drone, two more batteries, extra props, additional charger options, and a shoulder bag, according tot he rcgroups write up.

DJI all the way only thing missing is waterproof. Be a few 3 & 4s going cheap now
