Tail servo help

I just finished installing New KST 515MG servos for the cyclic on my 500. I should of bought a new KST tail servo also but didn't. The tail servo is a Align DS 525M, "I've heard good things. The FBL unit is AR7300BX. When it comes to going through the setup part, everything moves and goes fine. When the AR is done initializing and ready to spool up, the tail servo doesn't respond. If I move the rudder stick right or left, the tail servo moves very slowly and when I push the tail to see which way the tail blades moves, it doesn't. Remind you that everything goes well when it comes to programming. I'm just wondering if the tail servo is going bad. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Check the frequency set in the AR7200 to match the frequency of that servo... I'll need to research what that particular servo specs are.. Most cases they are different than that of cyclic servos... I'd have to pull out the Ar7200 manual to remember wich menu it is... Just grab ur manual... But I'd bet the frequency rate is set wrong.

The tail servo was working fine. All I did was switch from Turnigy servos to KST servos. I'll check the settings again.

The settings are fine. I have 1520 pulse length and 333Hz. That's what I use on my other birds which has KST servos on them also. This heli is the only one with a Align tail servo.

I found the specs on the Align tail servo but doesn't tell me if I use 333Hz or something else.

When you set the tail endpoints you are able to move it to the full left and right position?

What is your gyro setting in the transmitter? Maybe your tail gain is set very low resulting in slow and small tail reaction movements.

When it comes to setting the end points, yes I'm able to move it full left and right. The gyro is set at 65 to start off.
