My Compact Zippys are losing the will to live.
So I have ordered 3x 3S 1400mah Multistars
And 3x 4S 1400mah Multistars from HK EU.
Shame they only came in stock today, as I already made another order yesterday, which has been sent this morning

I have found the same with my Zippy's but in all fairness, they have all had a heck of a beating.
I am now looking to get something a bit higher on the quality and performance scale.
The Zippy's were good to learn with but now I need more speed.

I will be interested to hear your thoughts on them.

My poor Zippy compacts all came down hot and puffy after 3.50 mins yesterday.
Every time I punched the throttle, the video went fuzzy from the voltage drop.
I crashed into a couple of trees, due to not having enough punch to pop over them

Packs arrived.
Strange they arrived before the nase32 from the same warehouse, which I ordered two days before.
Note to self, when you want something fast from the HK European store, stick a battery in your order.
They deliver with a faster courier

Just did a quick test flight tonight, with the 3S version.
4mins came down with 3.82V
C rate on these is apparently 40C with 80C burst.
Well, I did a test on the actual C rating, and its closer to 35C. (not too bad compared to some manufacturers so called C rating)
Should be good for about 50A
Compared to the Zippy Compact 1500, these packs are 3mm thicker, the same width but 17mm shorter.
They are also 7g lighter.
Looking forward to giving a full test tomorrow

Ok I have had the chance to give these 3S packs a full test.
I have to say, I'm a little disappointed with there performance.
Power is good, but flight time is very poor.
If I fly at a gentle pace, I can get 5 mins with 3.7V per cell left in the packs.
If I push it at "race pace" then it died in under 4mins.
I did one flight at reasonable speed, and the quad dropped from the sky, and video image was almost lost.
Cell Voltages were 3V per cell after 4mins!!!
Surely FPV races last more than or close to 4mins? I wasn't even WOT.
I hope the 4S packs are better. Will test them when my new Nase32 arrives.
Here is my flight when I lost power.

That was quite a shocking loss of power:( I normally get that when the battery is nearly run down:)
