450 quad motors won't go full throttle

I have a 450 sized quad with NTM PropDrive 2836 750kv motors, Little Bee 30amp esc's, Full Naze32 rev6 (with barometer and magnetometer). DSMX PPM receiver protocol

I've been through the Cleanflight setup and esc calibration and I matched the esc PWM rate in BLHeli Suite. The problem is that, although the 4 motors do spin evenly, equally, and smoothly, they don't go to full throttle (gonna make it difficult to get off the ground, lol). In the Motors Tab, I run the Master slider up and the motors do spin up but the rpm's stop increasing at about 1180. It's like there's a ***HUGE*** deadband.

Any ideas what I've done wrong or what I need to do to fix this?

Thanks guys!!!

Have you got the trims at 125%

what do you mean, "trims at 125%"?

even in Cleanflight, in the Motors Tab, the motors won't spin past 1180ish

Think it sounds like a calibration issue Derek:)

yeah it does sound like a calibration issue.....but I don't know what I did wrong.

should I recalibrate in Cleanflight or BLHeli or both?

Cleanflight first Derek:)

I found that video earlier this morning. But i cant even get the motors to go full throttle to listen for the harmonic differences.

Hey Derek. I had the same problem with my Turnigy motor for my 450. If it running like it's starving for power or seems kind of like a brown out, weak for power. My motor ended up in the trash after getting no where playing with it.

Here is a screen capture of the BLHeli Suite. All 4 esc's are in synch

can you guys spot anything that is wrong?

Well now....some more hours spent on this and still have the same result. Throttle won't spin to max. Won't go much beyond arming speed. So, my last chance effort here and I hope that some of you are patient enough to go through this with me. Tomorrow, I'm going to do up a video of me going through the setup process and I'm going to share it with you. I know that you guys have your own things to do but I'm just hoping that maybe you can spare some time, grab a cup of coffee, and watch my video. Maybe you guys will see something that I'm doing wrong or maybe something that I'm missing all together. I just can't believe that this is that difficult. I've set up my mini quads and my 770, they all work. I've met up with DOG, over Skype, and I helped him set up his 180. It's just frustrating because, although I don't know it all, I know what I'm doing to get a quad flying.

I starting to think that something is wrong with this Full Naze32 but I can't even be sure of that because I tried this board on the Dual Copter that Dad built and, although I got the same less than impressive results with the Full Naze32, I also tried a different FC, esc's, rx, and I still can't get the motors to throttle up.

So, be on the look out for my video. I'll post it in this thread. I really hope you guys, being an outside source and outside eyes, can watch my video and catch whatever it is that I'm missing or doing wrong.

Have you tried spooling the motors up in BLHeli? and not Cleanflight?

Set 1153 as minimum throttle and un do the angle mode, see what happens:)

Also check motor bolts are not to long.
