To be honest, I am still using 5045 bullnose 2 blades, I intend to stick to them until I have broken them all.
Then use up my 5040s, then I might get some tri blades.
If you are not competing or doing hard out tricks, just use whatever you have.
They do make a difference but as long as you can get in the air and have fun, who really cares.

If you want to get a bit more serious, get a few packs of different ones and see what suits you best.
With all the different spec quads out there, what suits me might not work at all for you.
I stick to mainly HQ props, they are a bit stiffer and may break a bit easier but they suit me better.
For learning the Dals tend to be a bit more resilient and can handle a few crashes, they tend to bend a bit and cause vibrations so they still need to be replaced but they might save a walk if you land the right way up.

Right I'm not gonna post an essay here but I could,
Firstly like Stambo the HQ props are nicer to fly and I tend to get as much out of a hq5040 as I do out of a dal 5045 both bull nose, and both bi props (2 blade)
Want to try the new durable HQ props but working my way through the stash of Dal I have at the moment,
Now the dals I have tried most of them, and there is definitely a difference in the formula they are using these days, as they are more brittle than they used to be, but I like the shape and flying characteristics of the new v2 blades as compared to the v1,
2,3 or 4 blades,
Tried the 5040 x 4 and don't like them not at all really so won't use them again, 3 or 2 depends on my quad some like the tri props and some won't fly with them, the tri props have a little more pop but work the battery harder, my light frames like my 208 and my Stanton tsx250 both run dal 5045 bn v2 and they are both very good on that combo,
For yours I would run a 5045 bn that will probably be your best prop, 2 blade,
