Did u switch over battery type to lipo, in the radio settings?

If u went from a Ni to a LiPo... Gotta change the setting so it knows what it's got.

You cant change from nimh to lipo until you plug a lipo in. The DX8 will work with a lipo when its set to nimh. Its more the cutoff voltage which was the initial problem.

Kool. Never actual put a LiPo in my Rx.. Does it last longer?

It does yeah, I didn't use it a huge amount over winter though. If I suss out why its not turning on with the lipo Ill get a better idea over the summer.
I payed £20 ($30 maybe) for a gens ace so its not too over priced.

Really? I'm definitly getting a LiPo for the Tx then.. I'll charge at least once every 2 weeks.. More if I bang around the house a lot.

I forgot to start my timer last night and flew almost 6 minutes before realising. The battery shows 3.68 per cell, usually I fly until 3.80. The headspeeds are 2700 and 2800.
I'm trying to do more sideways stuff. I really enjoy the 380.

Cheers Tony, for being so small it easy to work on and really does fly well.

Hope so Dan, this is one of the wettest parts of Scotland, hence all the hyro turbines, but it looks to be just showers passing through.
Fingers crossed the weathers good for you as well.
