So I recently tried the spartan vortex on my Goblin 700 KSE and my experiences were good with the unit however I opted to switch back to the ikon simply because I couldn't get use to the feel of the unit. This was one of my first flights with the ikon back on.

Haha yeah. Well when everyone flys quite expensive machines everyone generally tries to avoid each other to the best of our abilities. Communication during these types of flights are crucial.

Although yesterday, Alex had a bit of a dumb thumb moment during a hurricane during a tandem flight and crashed into the ground which is unfortunate (crash occurred around the one minute mark).

Well here is something a little different than usual. Goblin 700 KSE flight at night using to spot lights. I apologize about the video quality it does get a little bit better as the video progresses. Checked the gopro footage; looked a little dark but may upload that soon. This was prob one of the funnest things I have tried. Was very exhilarating! Enjoy!

Unfortunately the 700 KSE had a bit of a mishap today. After the main gear stripped in a hard session of tic toks I was forced to make an inverted auto. The heli is in a pretty good shape to be honest. I'll upload photos, videos and a full damage report later.

thanks. If my reflexes were a little quicker and I picked up the fact that there was something wrong as soon as I came out of the tic tok instead of flipping the heli over I would most likely only have had to replace the gear. Now it is going to take a slight bit more than that haha. Still can't complain; over all damage cost came in around $270usd with a large portion of that being due to the main blade replacement. One of the main blades took a nasty hit at the root. They all look fine with no visible cracks but i rather not take my chances.

And the KSE is back up and running! Replaced the main gear with the metal upgraded one. Replaced the busted servo arm. Chucked a new set of 8001 on the cyclic and move the 7002 to the Assault. Also now running some Zeal 690mm Energy blades on the main and some zeal 115mm tail blades. Also spend a little time tuning the fbl, although more tuning is till required but it flies pretty well!
