After adding music to my last vid, I think I too prefer to hear just the raw motors/props.
I think the only audio I will edit from now on will be to turn it down a bit.

Have you flown a helicopter lately? :D
I don't think I have touched mine since I have had a mini. :)
I've not touched a heli in quite a while. LOS doesn't appeal at all, I keep looking at the 550 and hearing voices, sell it, get a blackout 330 and long range radio gear......

I enjoy my 250 dfc as much now as I did before the quad, mainly cos it takes more finesse than the quad,

As you all know I have become increasingly addicted to mini quad fpv. All my purchases in the beginning were to keep it cheapish incase I didn't like it.
So over time my airframe and electronics have been upgraded, well I thought it was about time that I looked into a better set of goggles. So after a few days research and watching reviews I made a decision and ordered some new goggles and a few accessories.

Well then, I guess I have "triple trouble"...I love flying my planes, I love flying my heli's, and I know I'm gonna love my lil quad. Then, add in the mix of FPV on my planes and my quad...psh....I've got it bad!! lol

I've just unpacked the goggles and installed the 5.8g vrx module (Trinity head tracking module is factory installed) connected the antennas to the goggles and existing 250mw vtx installed on the quad. And fired it all up.

The difference in goggles is unbelievable it could just be because of the large screens but the image looks far sharper.

Can't wait to fly these bad boys going to get some sleep might get a couple of packs in this afternoon, I'll post some footage off the dvr if I can get it to record.

That's something that I'd like to get....a dvr. I've seen a lot of people use the dvr's in case the signal is lost, for whatever reason. The dvr will prevent viewing monitors from going to a blue screen. Typically, the blue screens take a lot longer to reboot after the signal is regained. The dvr will keep a signal going to the viewing monitor and instead of getting the blue screen, it creates a snowy screen. With the snowy screen, when signal is reattained, the picture comes back quite quickly.

I'm looking forward to seeing your upcoming flight videos!

Ive got the camera and VTX install and tested indoors every thing seems to be working fine. And ive also updated the DVR to the latest firmware, so im waiting for the weather now.

I liked the idea of the DVR for model recovery and also will be quite interesting to throw a bit of DVR footage in my flight videos so you see what i see.

A lot of people just don't do their research, then get caught up in the auction and just have to win.
