That's just too cool! I can do hurricanes with the tail leading the hurricane and the skids are in. Not sure of the orientation that it would be called, but I can do them pretty confidently "on the sim", lol. I have yet to try them with my heli's, lol.

Inverted backwards hurricane, if you mean that the skids are in toward the center of the hurricane. Upright would have the skids outside of the hurricane.

Got some plank time in today after work... My day off.. Had to work.. Believe that? LAME! Didn't have to do a full pull.. Just 8hrs.. Wasn't that bad.. But it puts me in a 7 day stretch.. Hate work'n my days off. Anyhow.. After work we had TBall practice and then went to the field to fly, played at the park, & had dinner out at The Pizza Joint... All in all a good day. Enjoyed having the Mrs & little man at the field with me. Here are 2 videos of the P-47.. 2nd one the camera ran out of memory.. Typical of me I know.. Don't hate me for it.. I'm a slacker.. I admit it. Trims were off a tad.. Just a little.. I didn't tinker with them much due to lack of time... Made for 2 close calls.. Thought I was gonna dig some dirt for a sec! Lol.. I'm outta practice too.. Got heli sticks on the muscle memory.. Strong like! I was a little heavy on the throttle too... This isn't a floaty feeling plane.. Doesn't glide very well by any means as its heavy for a foamy.. Flys wonderfully.. But like a warbird for sure... But doesn't require as much juice as I was giving her. Yadayadayada... Oh!!!! I fixed my mic issue.. Got sound!

Had a few flights after work today... Think my fan has slipped... Possibly bearings.. Little early for bearings I think.. She's grounded until I pull the engine & inspect under her skirt. Kind of a lame flight... Wish I had recorded the one prior.. Kinda surprised u guys (other than Dog & Graham) didn't dig the P-47 flights more.. Had fun with it that day.. Anyhow.. It's nitro... I'd like to try a gasser! Curious about them & how they perform... I'd love to only spend 2-3 bucks a gallon vs. the $30 per gallon for 30% nitro. & yeah... I try to keep a bird w me as much as possible... I work 7-7.. 12hr shifts.. This time of year I can get a few flights in after work.. Ball practice & other family events whittle that down a bit... But yeah.. Gotta fly as much as I can.. I'm a crack head with RC stuff that flys! Lol
