Well done for your first foray in to FPV.
Once you get out into some open space your flight times will start dropping as you start getting faster and your enjoyment will increase proportionally. :)
I was a bit concerned about those power wires a couple of times though. :)

Yeah... I'm am finding measuring distance isn't as bad as I thought it would be.. Height is another story. When I think I'm at a low hover.. I'm actually on the ground... But when I think I'm at say the power line height.. I'm below it.. Last flight of the day I bent either a motor can or shaft.. I saw the power line and tried to throttle above it.. And I did.. But the view became that of pine needles. Lol.. I raised up into a tree.. So I making my priority to dial in my perception of height.. But I also believe that I'll be increasing the angle of the FPV camera once I get in the open as well... Work in progress.. I suck.. But I'll get better. But I'm grounded u tail I replace/fix this one motor.

One thing you will find with quads is that the repair bill when you crash is way lower than a heli. :)
As far as thinking you suck, we all started some where, just remember you are learning FPV as well as learning to control a quad.
Coming from helis makes it a bit easier so you will progress in leaps and bounds.
It appears you are flying acro, good on you, don't use self level if you don't need it.
Just get your self out into the open, it will make it much easier. :)
Then you can slowly introduce obstacles as you grow in confidence.

Here is one where I actual did ok.. Now we were just having fun.. Not really keeping score or time or anything.. Missed a bunch of gates.. Didn't go as fast as the other guys.. But Eric & Levar took their turns doing the walk of shame... As I did most of the day... Hard to believe for a sit down sport/hobby that u get so much excerise! Lol

I like that course. Not too technical, lot of speed, easy to remember. Gates had to be hard to pick up on the goggles though. Hard to see coming on the high res vid.
