danhampson wrote:Nice flight mate. how many degree/s have you got your flight controller set at?
Naze does not have degree/s setting, it has roll/pitch rate that I have set to 40.

This is my current settings but I am always making little adjustments to see what changes.
That way I learn what effect each setting has and what to change if something is not right.
I am currently running Gemfan 5x4 props.
Once my 5x4 HQ props arrive, which are a lot stiffer, I will probably start tweaking again.

I don't think your carbon fibre props will last long. :)
These things are made to crash.
I regard props as a consumable.
If you FPV fly a miniquad and don't break props, you are not flying it hard enough. :)

I have 10 sets and only flown 4 times with the MK1 and once with MK2:) MK2 has the original props:) Not flying it hard yet due to weather, flu, and not wanting MK2 to fly away and get lost:)LOL

Did a few batteries seeing just how fast I could get and how close to the ground I could maintain. Forgot to angle the Mobius up a bit more.
Video quality is not that great but I wanted to get it uploaded a bit quicker.
The little oops at the end only broke one prop. :)

Got a few more from today that I need to edit and upload too.

Yeah FPV cam is at about 15 degrees up.
I usually space the front of the Mobius up a bit also but I had removed the spacer to get some video I could snap pics out of and forgot to put it back. :)

Nope, real time. :)

Mate has just built a Qav250 4s running 6x4.5 props, kiss ESCs and 2000 kv Luminier motors.
That thing is wicked fast, and so quiet too.
I can maybe out fly him in the tight stuff but don't stand a chance in a straight line.

Hmmm what can I sell, I WANT A BLACKOUT!!!

How are you finding it mate? I'm planning Kiss 18amp and dys 1806 2300kv (these motors have been tested on 4s) in the near future for the porket racer.
I'm going to run cleanflight as soon as it's built

How do you swap the board from baseflight to Cleanflight.
I got a flip32 board which i managed to link to baseflight using there firmware.
But I can't find how to get it working with cleanflight.
There are tonnes of firmware options but I don't know which to pick.

We had a bit of a play at one of our local beaches recently.
I don't know what we were expecting but after a couple of runs up and down the beach it got a little boring, so we packed up and went somewhere else. :)
