Here is a short one from the hall last night, taken with the new Möbius camera, but in the hall I think I needed 60fps not the 30fps on 1080p will see how I do on Friday with this, but omg it handles the hall lighting better than the 808#16

Nice flight Kev, the hall looks much smaller with the mobius, there must be some air turbulence around with 2 helis flying too...lol

There was a bit but the camera did not show it, had a wobble when I was close behind the nearest one,

But yes the wide angle makes the hall feel like a small fish bowl, After watching the video a few times i thought it was the möbius frame rate but it's the hall walls coming through the aspect of the lense,

Had a couple of batteries in the hall last night trying some HQ5030 props, out of the bag they were not a million miles away on balance, flew slightly wobbly so I balanced them up and the wobbles completely went,

The feel is not much different from the 6 inch props and the most noticeable thing was a slight less noisy flight characteristic

Will balance the 5045 versions up today and then see how hey compare on Friday

Used my mates cheapo magnet balancer last night, but will be using the du pro balancer after it arrives today, had points to use at Align-trex and thought it would be good to try, really can't be arsed to dynamic balance a prop every time one breaks, that would just pee me off, quickly

I'll have a look at that, yes the dynamic approach would be a sure way of balancing in situ, but what a pain to do...

This is the one I used of my mates last night and it did a pretty good job,

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor ... 20balancer

But I have heard of people complaining that the thumb screws are not always balanced and hence you then can't do a good job of balancing blades,

That's why I went for the Du Pro balancer,

Yes I would see dynamic balancing as a pain in the teets

I have a cheap balancer that the spindle is bent on.
I have always wanted the Dubro balancer, but its low on my list at the moment.

It was low on mine as well Lee but I could not sort these out with the spindle balancer I had for my main blades on the 450

Well I have just done it, I popped my FPV cherry,

Man I am still shaking, wow,

Uploading the onboard now, it took a bit to get going and you will see me faffing a bit and there is a little bit in the middle where I bring it back to me reversing, that's not with the goggles on,

4-5 mins up the car park and I feel like I have been flying for hours,

Thanks Tony, that was a buzz,

Have to say I am very impressed with the goggles, just waiting now for Cody antennas, to improve the reception, picture was great though,
