Thanks Derek, I guess I am a bit of a perfectionist, I still want smoother video. :)

Had the first FPV flight in ages of my 500 size quad yesterday.
It used to run a KK2 but I have put on a Naze32 running Cleanflight.
The difference is amazing, even with poorly balanced props on stock PIDs it flies great.
Started tweaking the Naze32 with the in flight adjustment set up and it just got better and better.
I don't remeber it flying so smoothly on the KK2.
I have a home made anti vibration platform that the battery, Naze32 and camera sit on.
The naze32 is happy but the camera sure isn't.
I have some on board video but it is absolute garbage, major jello so I won't post it, although even with the jello it still shows the improvement in flight characteristics as I tweak it.
I just really hate bad video. :)
Time for some prop balancing, or maybe some CF props.

Managed a few flights after work last week.
I haven't recorded any video worth posting for a while so I guess it's about time.
This place is 10 minutes from home, so I should fly there more often.
The Sun was a bit of a pain and by the time it went away I had no batteries left.
Nearly 10 minutes of video from about 35 total.
What do you guys think is better, just the prop/motor sound or added music, I can't decide.

Nice flying Stambo, good to see you back in the air, wow that sun was bright..

Personally I think the sound of the props gives you a better feel of what's going on, never did like music to flights. Lol

The hangout logo at the end is mint, anyway we can all add that to the end of our vids... I'd love to do that

Oops, I forgot I put that there, I posted this vid on RC-Help too. :D :D
One of the admins posted that logo on here somewhere, I can't remember whether it was Paul or Dan, I just added the web site.
If it's ok with the admins I will post my modded version for all to use.

If it was a downloadable file I would use it on my vids too, we need all the promotion we can get, and that is cool..

That was awesome, Stambo! Great great flying!!! Loved the music! As for my preference...If it's a helicopter video, I'd rather hear the blades. If it's an on board video from an FPV plane or quad....personally, I'd rather hear the music. I don't really like hearing the wind nor the high pitch of the quad props. Just my personal opinion. Either way....you post a video and I'll watch it.

As for the Hangout logo at the end....that was awesome! Someone is gonna have to teach me how to do that, lol. With the flying weather coming, I'd surely have that at the end of each of my videos.

Adding the file should just be a cast of importing it into your software and dropping it at the end of your video. Ill add the web address to the file, render and upload. I will post it in its own thread so it can be easily found.

Had a few more flights at the same place as the last ones but parked in a different spot.
We can get to almost the whole park from there without too much major glitching in the FPV signal.
