$10 foam chuck glider converted to EDF rc

A while back, Flite Test did an episode about converting chuck gliders to rc. Ive done it before and their video resparked my interest....especially considering I had all the electronics in my parts bin. So I bought one and began adding parts.
I left the wings and tail all in tact....simply added two strips of foam, covered with packing tape, to the horizontal stab to act as Elevons. My plan was to keep all the electronics in the fuselage and keep the wings removable for transport and storage purposes.
My wife and daughter came to the park with me. I gave the glider a few glide tests and noticed that it wanted to roll to the right and nose up a bit, despite the fact that I know its slightly nose heavy. So, I gave a bit of left aileron trim and down elevator trim. Happy with the adjustments, I throttled up and tossed the plane. Makayla quickly gave her approval. You'll hear her in the video lol.

I'll make some adjustments to the thrust line and we'll try again.
